When ever I bring this dish to parties or a get together I'm always asked for the recipe. It's fantastic! I suggest making this for the spring because that's when rhubarb is in season.

Ingredients
- - first layer
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- pinch salt
- 1/2 cup butter
- - second layer
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 1/3 cup milk
- 21/2 cups cut rhubarb
- 3 - egg yolks
- - third layer
- 3 - egg whites
- 5 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
How To Make rhubarb torte

Step 1First layer; Combine ingredients and press in 8 by 10 inch pan.Bake at 325 degrades for 20 minutes.

Step 2Second layer; Cook until thick:pour over baked crust.

Step 3Third layer; Beat egg whites,sugar and cream of tartar.Spread on top of cooked rhubarb mixture.Brown in 325 degrades preheat oven for 15 minutes.
