- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 1/2 tablespoons butter
- 2 - eggs, well beaten
- 3 cups cut rhubarb

How To Make rhubarb cream pie

Step 1Blend sugar, flour, nutmeg and butter. Add eggs, beat until smooth. Pour over rhubarb in 9-inch pastry lined pie pan. Top with pastry. Bake in 450 degrees oven 10 minutes; then at 350 degrees oven about 30 more minutes. Serve warm or cool. Makes about 6 servings.
