- 2 - eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornsyarch
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 - unbaked pie shell

Step 1Dice the rhubarb. Beat eggs. Combine all ingredients, except pie shell. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake an additional 30 minutes. Cool. Males about 6 servings.
