Ingredients

oil
1
egg, beaten
1/2 c
milk
2 tsp
sugar
1 tsp
ground cinnamon
1 c
sour cream
1 c
self rising flour
3
apples, peeled and sliced about 1/4 inch thick
powdered sugar

How to Make REALLY EASY APPLE FRITTERS

Step-by-Step

  • 1In a large bowl, combine the beaten egg, milk, sugar, cinnamon and sour cream. Mix well and add the flour.
  • 2Heat 2 Tbsp. oil in a large skillet to 375 degrees F. Dip the apples in batter and place in hot oil. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Turn and cook another 1 to 2 minutes.
  • 3Remove fritters and drain. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve warm. Enjoy!
  • 4Told ya they were easy!
  • 5NOTE: If you don't have self-rising flour on hand you can make your own:
    1 cup flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1-1/2 tsp. baking powder
