Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 - egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup self rising flour
- 3 - apples, peeled and sliced about 1/4 inch thick
- - powdered sugar
How To Make really easy apple fritters

Step 1In a large bowl, combine the beaten egg, milk, sugar, cinnamon and sour cream. Mix well and add the flour.

Step 2Heat 2 Tbsp. oil in a large skillet to 375 degrees F. Dip the apples in batter and place in hot oil. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Turn and cook another 1 to 2 minutes.

Step 3Remove fritters and drain. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve warm. Enjoy!

Step 5NOTE: If you don't have self-rising flour on hand you can make your own: 1 cup flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1-1/2 tsp. baking powder
