quick and easy lemon tarts
Pinterest Success! I know these individual phyllo tart shells are great for little chicken pot pies, but I’d never tried them for dessert. Making the tarts into Easter Baskets was a cute idea I saw all over the Internet, so I take no credit for them, but also have no way to credit others. Sometimes good ideas are like that. =^..^=

Ingredients
- 1 package ready-to-bake puff pastry shells
- 1 jar lemon curd
- OPTIONS
- nutella
- cherry pie filling
- apple pie filling
- whipped cream (in place of Easter decorations)
- EASTER TART DECORATIONS
- 1/4 cup flaked sweetened coconut
- a few dash green food coloring or gel
- some small chocolate eggs (like Cadbury) or jelly beans
How To Make quick and easy lemon tarts

Step 1Bake frozen puff pastry according to package directions. Cool completely.

Step 2Pull out the centers of the tarts and fill with lemon curd or your filling of choice.

Step 3Top with whipped cream or decorate for Easter.

Step 4Easter Basket Tarts: Add coconut and food coloring or gel to a ziplock bag. Seal the bag and toss the coconut until tinted. Top tarts with the tinted coconut and add small Cadbury eggs (pictured) or jelly beans. Enjoy! =^..^=
