Ingredients

  • 1 - 15 oz. can pure pumpkin
  • 1 - 12 oz. can evaporated fat-free milk
  • 3/4 cup splenda
  • 1 - whole egg
  • 2 - egg whites
  • 3/4 cup sugar-free maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 - single pie crust (i use pillsbury fresh)

How To Make pumpkin pie (reduced calorie)

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Step 2
    Pour mixture into pie crust. Bake pie in oven for 45 minutes and remove it and allow to cool. When cool, refrigerate.
