Ingredients
- 1 - 15 oz. can pure pumpkin
- 1 - 12 oz. can evaporated fat-free milk
- 3/4 cup splenda
- 1 - whole egg
- 2 - egg whites
- 3/4 cup sugar-free maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 - single pie crust (i use pillsbury fresh)

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Pour mixture into pie crust. Bake pie in oven for 45 minutes and remove it and allow to cool. When cool, refrigerate.
