Ingredients

  • 1
    15 oz. can pure pumpkin
  • 1
    12 oz. can evaporated fat-free milk
  • 3/4 c
    splenda
  • 1
    whole egg
  • 2
    egg whites
  • 3/4 c
    sugar-free maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp
    pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp
    salt
  • 1
    single pie crust (i use pillsbury fresh)

How to Make Pumpkin Pie (reduced calorie)

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Pour mixture into pie crust. Bake pie in oven for 45 minutes and remove it and allow to cool. When cool, refrigerate.
