Ingredients
- 4 - eggs, beaten
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (i omitted)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 13 ounces canned pumpkin (small can is a different ounce)
- 2 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 cup milk (i used 3/4 cup due to ounce differences of pumpkin and evaporated milk)
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1 1/4 teaspoons nutmeg
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 13 ounces evaporated milk (different ounce amount, used whole can)
- 2 - 9" pie crusts

Step 1Combine eggs and pumpkin, add dry ingredients then liquids. Bake at 400 degrees 50 minutes.

Step 2Note: a deep dish pie pan and an 8 inch regular pan used all the filling. Put the metal pans on a cookie sheet when you put it in the oven).
