I made up this recipie for people who do not like a strong taste of pumpkin

1-8 ounce pkg. cream cheese
3 medium eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons sour cream
1/4 cup libby pumpkin
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup flour
dash - ground ginger

How To Make pumpkin cheesecake

Step 1

cream first 3 ingredients,add rest of ingredients and pour into graham cracker pie or chocolate pie shell. bake at 325 degrees aboout 35 min or til set.

Step 2

top with cool whip or fresh whipped cream
