How to Make Pop's Cinnamon Roll Pie Crust
- 1Roll out pie crust as usual for a bottom crust. Brush with melted butter, sprinkle with cinnamon.
- 2Roll up tightly, as you would for cinnamon rolls. Cut into 1/4 inch slices.
- 3Press slices into pie plate. Push pieces together and up sides to seal.
- 4Brush with egg whites and fill as desired.
