pop's cinnamon roll pie crust
My dad texted me a picture of a pie crust he made. I thought it was genuis and immediately copied it! He filled his with apple raspberry filling, I made a Dutch apple pie. This would also be great for sweet potato, pumpkin, pecan, or peach pie.

Ingredients
- 1 - pie crust -homemade or purchased
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 1 - egg white
How To Make pop's cinnamon roll pie crust

Step 1Roll out pie crust as usual for a bottom crust. Brush with melted butter, sprinkle with cinnamon.

Step 2Roll up tightly, as you would for cinnamon rolls. Cut into 1/4 inch slices.

Step 3Press slices into pie plate. Push pieces together and up sides to seal.

Step 4Brush with egg whites and fill as desired.
