My sister n law made this pie several years ago. My brother would not tell me what was in it until I tried it. It tasted like pecan pie.

Ingredients
- 1/2 c - cooked pinto beans
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 tsp - vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 2 - eggs, well beaten
- 1 - unbaked pie shell
How To Make pinto bean pie

Step 1Heat pinto beans, drain and mash. While hot add melted butter and sugar.

Step 2Add remaining ingredients. Mix well until blended.

Step 3Pour into unbaked pie shell

Step 4Bake 350* 35 to 40 min.
