- 16 ounces light sour cream
- 1 can pineapple tidbits
- 1 can mandarin oranges
- 1 - graham cracker crust
- 1/4 cup toasted coconut
- 1 package sugar free instant vanilla pudding mix
How To Make pineapple mandarin orange icebox pie

Step 1Mix sour cream & pudding mix together. Add pineapple(small can w/ juice)and oranges to this.

Step 2Spread in graham cracker crust. Top with toasted coconut.

Step 3Chill at least 30 minutes before serving.
