Ingredients
- 1/2 box peppermint ice cream (softened) 1.75 quart
- 1 package oreo chocolate cookie crumb crust
- 1 package frozen whipped topping, thawed (6 oz)
How To Make peppermint ice cream pie

Step 1Remove ice cream from freezer and let soften enough to spread in crust. Fill to just below edge of crust.

Step 2Place in freezer long enough to harden. Remove and spread with the thawed whipped topping.

Step 3Cover with the inverted plastic lid from cookie crust and freeze until firm. Remove from freezer 5-10 minutes before cutting slices. Freeze any leftover pie immediately.
