1/2 boxpeppermint ice cream (softened) 1.75 quart
1 pkgoreo chocolate cookie crumb crust
1 pkgfrozen whipped topping, thawed (6 oz)
How to Make Peppermint Ice Cream Pie
- Remove ice cream from freezer and let soften enough to spread in crust. Fill to just below edge of crust.
- Place in freezer long enough to harden. Remove and spread with the thawed whipped topping.
- Cover with the inverted plastic lid from cookie crust and freeze until firm. Remove from freezer 5-10 minutes before cutting slices. Freeze any leftover pie immediately.
