How to Make Pecan Pie
- in a bowl put cream cheese, 1/3 cup sugar, 1 egg, 1 tsp vanilla, and 1/4 tsp salt and mix until thick and creamy then set aside.
- in another bowl add 3 eggs, the karo syrup, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 tsp vanilla, and blend well.
- spread the cream cheese mixture into pie crust and spread the pecans over the top.
- pour the karo syrup mixture over the top of the pecans, and bake 30-40 minutes at 375.
