Ingredients
- 1 - 9" pie crust
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 4 - eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup light karo syrup
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cups chopped pecans
How To Make pecan pie

Step 1in a bowl put cream cheese, 1/3 cup sugar, 1 egg, 1 tsp vanilla, and 1/4 tsp salt and mix until thick and creamy then set aside.

Step 2in another bowl add 3 eggs, the karo syrup, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 tsp vanilla, and blend well.

Step 3spread the cream cheese mixture into pie crust and spread the pecans over the top.

Step 4pour the karo syrup mixture over the top of the pecans, and bake 30-40 minutes at 375.
