    light corn syrup
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1/3 c
    cocoa
  • 1/3 c
    flour
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 3
    eggs
  • 3 Tbsp
    butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1 c
    chopped pecans
  • 1
    unbaked pie shell
  • ·
    whipped cream, opitional

How to Make PECAN FUDGE PIE

Step-by-Step

  1. In a large bowl, combine first 8 ingredients. Beat until smooth. Stir in nuts, pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes, or until set. Cool completely. Garnish with whipped cream if desired. Makes 6-8 servings.
