pear pie
I like to eat pears about anyway but my favorite way is in this pie.Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ingredients
- 2 packages 9 inch pastry shells
- 2 cans pear slices, drained or 16oz. fresh pears
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg, ground
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons margarine
How To Make pear pie

Step 1Take pastry and put 1 of them in pie dish. Stir together flour, sugar and spices. Mix with the pears. Put mixture in the pie crust. Sprinkle with lemon juice and dot on margarine. Put on top crust. Cut some slits in it. Bake until golden brown for 40 to 50 minutes in a 425 degree oven. You can use 350 degrees but takes a longer time to bake.
