How to Make Peanut Butter Pie
- Make or buy two 9" chocolate cookie crusts.
- In a large bowl place the 1st four ingredients (powdered sugar, peanut butter, cream cheese, milk). Beat with electric mixer until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip until blended.
- Fill each pie crust with half the filling and freeze.
Thaw 10 minutes before serving.
Serve with a dollop of hot fudge sauce, or chocolate sauce.
