This is an old recipe from a church friend who got it from her grandmother. Note: Makes 2 pies.

Ingredients For peanut butter pie

2 cpowdered sugar

1 cpeanut butter
-
2 pkgcream cheese (8 oz.)

1/2 cmilk

16 ozcool whip
-
1 jarhot fudge sauce
How To Make peanut butter pie

1Make or buy two 9" chocolate cookie crusts.

2In a large bowl place the 1st four ingredients (powdered sugar, peanut butter, cream cheese, milk). Beat with electric mixer until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip until blended.

3Fill each pie crust with half the filling and freeze. Thaw 10 minutes before serving. Serve with a dollop of hot fudge sauce, or chocolate sauce.
