Comfort foods, Yum! I love buttermilk pie. To me, it is one of the best 'comfort desserts' there could ever be. And who doesn't love peanut butter? I remember, as a child, sitting down with a jar of peanut butter and a spoon... all my problems disappeared. LOL. Today, I thought what if I could combine my 2 loves. So I came up with this... Peanut Butter Buttermilk Pie. I hope you all love it as much as I do. :-)

What could make buttermilk pie even tastier? Peanut butter! Oh my, we loved this addition to a classic pie. It has great peanut butter flavor but doesn't overpower the yummy buttermilk pie. This pie's smooth, creamy and we liked it best served cold. A very yummy dessert!
