How to Make PEACH CREAM PIE
- Place the peach slices in the unbaked pie shell in a single layer.
- In a small bowl, mix together sugar, flour and nutmeg. Sprinkle over peach slices. Pour heavy cream evenly over peach slices.
- Bake in a preheated 400-degree oven for 10 minutes. Lower heat to 350 degrees and bake for 50 to 60 minutes longer. Cool pie on wire rack.
- Serve warm with or without vanilla or peach ice cream.
