- 1 - 9-inch unbaked pie shell
- 4 to 5 - fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground nutmeg
- 1 cup heavy cream
How To Make peach cream pie

Step 1Place the peach slices in the unbaked pie shell in a single layer.

Step 2In a small bowl, mix together sugar, flour and nutmeg. Sprinkle over peach slices. Pour heavy cream evenly over peach slices.

Step 3Bake in a preheated 400-degree oven for 10 minutes. Lower heat to 350 degrees and bake for 50 to 60 minutes longer. Cool pie on wire rack.

Step 4Serve warm with or without vanilla or peach ice cream.
