Ingredients
- 1 large can evaporated milk
- 3 large egg yolks
- 1 stick butter or margarine (melted in microwave)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/3 cup powdered cocoa
- 1 1/3 cups sugar
- 1 cup chopped pecans (optional)
- 1 - pie shell, baked (9")
- 1 small carton cool whip

Step 1In a medium saucepan combine the first 8 ingredients. Cook over medium heat. Mixture will become very thick. Cook until bubbly thick, stirring constantly.

Step 2Pour into pie shell, and cool completely, After cooled top with cool whip (or unsweetened whipped cream.)
