It´s a tribute to my mom,who taught me how to cook with love and inspiration.

Ingredients

  • 200 grams chocolate oat cookies
  • 20 grams butter, melted
  • 1 cup of no flavour yogurt
  • 1 cup sour cream, fat-free
  • 2 packages no flavour jelly
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 250 grams sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup marshmellow(hand made cream )

How To Make mummy´s pie

  • Step 1
    break the cookies using a mixer and add the melted butter.Mix until it´s a greasy dough and cover a quiche baking sheet.Bake for 12=15 minutes.be careful not to burn it,once it´s chocolate cookie...brown already!!!! Wait for it to cool.
  • Step 2
    Mix the jelly with boiling water,according to the directions.Put in a blender and add the ingredients one by one.Le the strawberries and the soft cream (chantilly) for last,and for them do not use the blender,but mix softly with a spoon.
  • Step 3
    drop the mixture over the crunchy crost and leave in the fridge until it´s thick enough.decorate with bluberry syrup before serving.
