How to Make Mud Pie

Step-by-Step

  1. Crush oreo cookies(filling and all) and press into a 9" pie tin. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool. Soften coffee ice cream and fill pie tin. Smooth it in. Pour caramel on top. Frost with cool whip and sprinkle almonds on top.
  2. Freeze until firm. Let sit a few minutes at room temperature before serving.
