mixed fruit jubilee crumble pie bars
Had a little bit of this and a little bit of that! Couldnt decide on jubilee or a pie. So here ya have mixed fruit which was apples, pears and berries that I made jubilee and put into a pie crust with a crumble top. Enjoy! Feel free to use whatever fruit You have!

Ingredients
- DOUBLE PIE CRUST RECIP
- - your own or store bought, used betty crocker
- MIXED FRUIT JUBILEE
- 2 cups any fruit and berries
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- CRUMBLE
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/4 cup butter melted
How To Make mixed fruit jubilee crumble pie bars

Step 1Make double batch pie crust. Roll out and put in 11x14 pan and press going slightly up sides.

Step 2Making jubilee. In saucepan on med heat watching carefully and stirring all ingredients except fruit. Stir till sugar is melted. Pour over fruit and mix.

Step 3Crumble. Mix all crumble except butter. Melt butter and pour in mix and mix for crumble.

Step 4Assemble on top of crust. Spread fruit, then add crumble. Bake at 375 for 40 min. Let cool before cutting in squares. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
