Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 1 cup Andes mints
- 2 cups heavy whipped cream, divided
- 2 tablespoons Torani chocolate mint syrup
- 4 teaspoons mint extract, divided
- 1 - 10-inch chocolate pie crust
- 1 cup Junior mints
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup half and half
- 2 packages instant vanilla pudding mix
- 3 - drops green food coloring
- 1 package frozen whipped topping, thawed and divided
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint leaves
How To Make mint chocolate cream pie

Step 1Heat margarine in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add Andes mints, half the whipped cream, the chocolate mint syrup and half the mint extract over low heat; stir until smooth for 5 minutes. Remove from heat.

Step 2Spoon evenly into the pie crust. Sprinkle with Junior mints.

Step 3In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and remaining heavy whipped cream until smooth. Gradually add the half and half and remaining mint extract; mix well. Add pudding mixes and green food coloring; beat until smooth.

Step 4Fold in 11/2 cups whipped topping. Spoon over junior mints. Spread remaining whipped topping over the filling.

Step 5Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving. Garnish with chopped mint leaves.
