How To Make maple syrop pie

Step 1Line 8'' pie panwith pastry,crumpling edge .

Step 2Melt butter in heavy saucepan, stir in flour and cook until lighty browned.

Step 3Add water and maple syrop, bring to a boil and cook stirring constantly, until thickened.Cool to lukewarm.Pour into pie pan.

Step 4Bake at 350 f. for about 30 min.
