making crumb crusts
I have a hard time finding these instructions every time I make a Graham cracker or chocolate crust for my pie so thought if I printed it out to put into my recipe book it would always be there for me. I hope it helps you to.

- GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (24 squares)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
- CHOCOLATE WAFER
- 1 1/4 cups chocolate wafers (20 wafers)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
- VANILLA WAFER
- 1 1/2 cups vanilla wafers (30 )
- - no sugar
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
- CREAM- FILLED CHOCOLATE
- 1 1/2 cups cream-filled chocolate cookies (15 )
- - no sugar
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
- GINGERSNAP
- 1 1/2 cups ginger cookies (24 )
- - no sugar
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
How To Make making crumb crusts

Step 1These instructions are for each of the above crumb mixtures.

Step 2In a bowl, combine crumbs, sugar and melted butter or margarine; blend well Press the mixture onto the bottom and up the sides of an ungreased 9-in, pie plate.

Step 3Chill 30 minutes before filling or bake at 375* for 8-10 minutes or until crust is lightly browned. Cool before filling.
