Ingredients

  • 4 - eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 13 ounces canned pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons nutmeg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 13 ounces evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 - 9" pie crusts

How To Make madeleine's pumpkin pie, duplicate

  • Step 1
    Combine eggs and pumpkin, add dry ingredients then liquids. Bake at 400 degrees 50 minutes.
