lime coconut buttermilk pie
Quick and easy! One of my favorites :-)
Blue Ribbon Recipe
I love this fresh lime twist on a traditional buttermilk pie. It's tangy, tart and sweet all in one. I enjoyed it chilled in the fridge but it was delicious at room temp too. What a great summertime pie!
