LIGHT & EASY CREAM PIE
It's easy, tasty and light...hope you all like it!
You can use other fruit than strawberries...maybe blueberries,raspberries or cherries (not pie filling).
Needless to say, this was a hit and I've made it several times since.
How to Make LIGHT & EASY CREAM PIE
- Using mixer on medium speed, whip cream cheese until fluffy. Gently fold in cool whip. Stir in berries.
- Pour mixture into crust, mixture will mound up nicely; place in freezer for a couple hours to set up.
- If desired, you can thicken the juice with a little cornstarch and serve as a syrup over each piece of pie.
