Ingredients
- 1 - graham cracker pie crust
- 4 large egg yolks
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest, grated
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 ounces cool whip
How To Make lemon delight pie

Step 1Place egg yolks, sugar, lemon juice, zest and salt in the top of a double boiler or in a metal bowl and place over boiling water. Beat with whisk constantly until thickened.

Step 2Let cool. Beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold into cooled lemon mixture. Pour into pie shell. Top with whipped cream. Refrigerate until set. Store in fridge.
