Layered Pumpkin Cheesecake
16 ozcream cheese (softened)
19 inch graham cracker crust
1/2 cpumpkin puree
1 pinchground cloves
1 pinchground nutmeg
1 cwhipped topping
How to Make Layered Pumpkin Cheesecake
- Preheat oven to 325
- In large bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Beat till smooth, beat in 1 egg at a time.
Remove a cup of batter, and spread on bottom of crust, and set aside.
- Add pumpkin,cinnamon,cloves, and nutmeg to remaining batter. Stir till well blended. Carefully spread over the batter in the crust.
- Bake in pre heated oven for 35-40 min. or until center is set.Cool, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Top with cool whip, before serving.
