Ingredients

  • 14
    graham crackers
  • 1 pkg
    sugar-free instant vanilla pudding
  • 2 c
    cold milk or fat-free milk
  • 1 c
    low-fat cool whip
  • 1 can(s)
    cherry pie filling or other fruits or sugar-free pie filling

How to Make Layered Pudding Delight

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix pudding with milk and cool whip.
  2. In a 9x9 pan layer bottom with crackers,next 1/2 of the vanilla pudding mixture, next cracker, next last 1/2 of pudding mixture and top with cherry filling or other fruit filling. Chill over night.
    Serve
  3. Use vanilla wafer in place of graham crackers
    Use sugar-free chocolate pudding in place of vanilla pudding
    Use blueberry pie or other fruit pie filling in place of cherry pie filling
