they made these yesterday on "Abc's The Chew" and thought I'd share. They really look good. Low fat, as well.

1 c
grahm cracker crumbs, divided
1/3 c
fresh key lime juice
zest of 3 key limes
3 c
greek yogurt
1 Tbsp
3 Tbsp
honey, or gava nector, or sweetner (to taste)

How to Make Key Lime Pops


  • 1mix 1/2 cup grahm cracker crumbs and zest of 1 key lime and divide into 8 "bathroom" size dixie cups. press in bottom.
  • 2In large bowl, mix yogurt, lime juice, zest of the other 2 limes, sweetner, vanilla and your sweetner or honey.
  • 3divide into cups and place over grahm crusts. insert a stick in each
  • 4freeze at least 2 hours.
  • 5unpeel and enjoy, they said each is around 100 calories
  • 6I think this could also be made into one grahm cracker crust, served as a frozen pie.
