Ingredients
- CRUST
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 4 tablespoons butter melted
- FILLING
- 14 ounces can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup key lime juice
- 3 large egg yolks
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- WHIPPED CREAM
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
How To Make key lime pie

Step 1Preheat oven 350 degrees. Grease a 8 inch pie pan. combine the crumbs, sugar and melted butter together. Press into the bottom of the pie pan. Bake for 8 minutes. Set aside.

Step 2Reduce heat to 275 degrees. Whisk the filling ingredients together and pour over the crust. Bake until set about 30 minutes. Refrigerated until cold about 6 hours.

Step 3To make the whip cream. Beat the heavy cream until stiff beat in the powdered sugar and vanilla. Spread over the cold pie.
