Each month our power company features a recipe and it comes in with the bill. This was the recipe this month and oh my goodness this is so so good and very easy. The recipe only made one pie and a deep dish at that. Well I didn't have a deep dish crust but I did have 2 regular so I made 1 1/2 of the recipe and it worked great. Special thanks to Joyce G Willford of Seale Al. for sharing this recipe ( photos are my own)
