I've been making this crust for over 35 years ,Its so easy to make and delicious with my Banana cream Pie.

Ingredients

1 1/4 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
1 1/3 sticks butter, room temperature (10 tbsp.)
dash - cinnamon

How To Make karla's cookie crumb pie crust

Step 1

Roll the wafer cookies into a fine crumb with a rolling pin ; Mix with butter and pat mixture into a 9" pie dish , partly up the sides ; place whole cookies all the way around the dish for the sides ; Chill crust before adding your favorite filling.
