The Impossible Pies began in the 1960's (I believe they were a good way for Betty Crocker to sell more of their popular Bisquick Baking Mix). Most of us are very familiar with their Impossible Custard Pie and their Impossible Coconut Custard Pies! These are also known as "Magic Crust ... Pie" or "Miracle" Pie or some similar name!
