  • 6 c
    sliced & pared tart apples
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 3/4 c
  • 2 large
  • 1-1/4 tsp
    ground cinnamon
  • 1 c
    granulated sugar
  • 1/2 c
    baking mix (bisquick)
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter, softened

  • 1 c
    baking mix (bisquick)
  • 1/3 c
    brown sugar
  • 1/2 c
    chopped pecans
  • 3 Tbsp
    firm butter
  • 1 tsp
    ground cinnamon

How to Make Impossible French Apple Pie


  1. Place sliced apples in a 9 or 10 inch greased pie plate. Mix next 8 ingredients in blender until all mixed well. Pour over apples and filling.
  2. Mix the baking mix, brown sugar, and margarine or butter until crumbly, then mix in chopped pecans. Spread this mixture over the apples, making sure it is spread all the way to the edges and over all the pie.
  3. Bake at 325* for 55 to 60 minutes. A very delicious and easy apple pie.
