How to Make Holiday Gingerbread Chess Pie


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Melt butter and cool slightly.
  3. Beat eggs and sugar on medium speed until thick and pale. Add butter and the rest of ingredients until thoroughly combined.
  4. Bake in oven on a baking sheet for about 50 minutes or until set in the center.
  5. Enjoy warm with whipped cream or a scoop of ice cream!
