Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mixed veggies, thawed
  • 1 cup cubed, cooked left-over turkey
  • 1/2 cup fat-free condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup bisquick heart healthy mix
  • 1/8 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1/3 cup fat-free milk

How To Make healthy turkey pot pie

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 400. Spray a 1-quart casserole dish w/ cooking spray. In microwaveable bowl, stir together veggies, turkey, soup, and broth. Microwave for 3 mins.
  • Step 2
    In bowl, stir together remaining ingredients until blended. Pour veggie mix into casserole dish. Pour bisquick mix over veggie mix.
  • Step 3
    Bake, uncovered 2-25 min, or until light brown.
