Hand Tossed Pizza Crust in the Bread Machine
Time depends on bread maker. My dough cycle is about 2 hr from start to finish (dough) rising and everything. Total time should be 2 1/2 hrs. for dough, stretching, topping and cooking.
How to Make Hand Tossed Pizza Crust in the Bread Machine
- Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select Dough cycle; press Start.
- Cook pizza for approximately 30-40 min or until brown and crust and toppings have fully cooked through.
If crust has started to get too brown before meats are completely cooked, place tin foil over the crust part to eliminate burning.
