This was in my email box and I thought I would share this delicious pie with everyone here at Just A Pinch. It sounds wonderful. Great for St. Patricks Day!

Ingredients

8 ounces cream cheese
8 ounces cool whip
1 - oreo cookie pie crust
7 ounces can of sweetened condensed milk
16 - keebler elf grasshopper mint cookies
- green food coloring

How To Make grasshopper pie

Step 1

Crush cookies in a bag.

Step 2

In a bowl mixer beat cream cheese until smooth.
Step 3

Add milk and mix
Step 4

Mix in Crushed Cookies
Step 5

Fold in Cool Whip
Step 6

Fold in Food Coloring to until desired color is achieved.
Step 7

Pour into pie shell and chill for 4 hours
Step 8

Enjoy your delicious pie!
