This was in my email box and I thought I would share this delicious pie with everyone here at Just A Pinch. It sounds wonderful. Great for St. Patricks Day!

Ingredients

  • 8 oz
    cream cheese
  • 8 oz
    cool whip
  • 1
    oreo cookie pie crust
  • 7 oz
    can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 16
    keebler elf grasshopper mint cookies
  • ·
    green food coloring

How to Make Grasshopper Pie

Step-by-Step

  1. Crush cookies in a bag.
  2. In a bowl mixer beat cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add milk and mix
  4. Mix in Crushed Cookies
  5. Fold in Cool Whip
  6. Fold in Food Coloring to until desired color is achieved.
  7. Pour into pie shell and chill for 4 hours
  8. Enjoy your delicious pie!
