Gram's Rhubarb Pie
How to Make Gram's Rhubarb Pie
- 1Heat oven to 450 degrees F.
- 2Place chopped rhubarb in frozen pie crust, spread evenly on bottom. Set aside.
- 3In a large bowl, combine the sugar, flour and nutmeg.
- 4Add the eggs and melted butter. Mix well.
- 5Pour egg mixture evenly over rhubarb. (Mixture will be thick.)
- 6Bake at 450 degrees F. for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F. and bake 30-35 minutes longer
- 7Remove from oven and cool. Store leftovers in refrigerator.
