Gram's Rhubarb Pie
How to Make Gram's Rhubarb Pie
- Heat oven to 450 degrees F.
- Place chopped rhubarb in frozen pie crust, spread evenly on bottom. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the sugar, flour and nutmeg.
- Add the eggs and melted butter. Mix well.
- Pour egg mixture evenly over rhubarb. (Mixture will be thick.)
- Bake at 450 degrees F. for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F. and bake 30-35 minutes longer
- Remove from oven and cool. Store leftovers in refrigerator.
