How to Make Gigi's Spinach-turkey Spaghetti Pie

Step-by-Step

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Add eggs and Parmesan cheese. Press into the bottom and sides of a greesed 9" deep-dish pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. While the pasta is baking, in a skillet, cook the turkey and onions over medium heat until turkey is no longer pink. Drain. Stir in the spaghetti sauce and seasonings, bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
  2. Break apart cream cheese, place in the crust. Then top with fresh spinach and meat sauce. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until set.
  3. Just so yummy. I know your family will love it.
