German Apple Pie
6 capples, cored, peeled and sliced - toss with a squeeze of lemon ( optional )
2 tspground cinnamon
1 cheavy cream
singlepie crust shell
How to Make German Apple Pie
- Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes, reduce heat to 350 degrees and cook for an additional 55 to 60 minutes. Cool completely before serving.
Note: I covered my crust with foil, until the last 15 minutes of baking.
If you don't cover each apple with the cream, you may get a few pieces as I did, that shows the sugar mixture...its still just as delish!! Take my word for it...Yummo!!!!
