I do not know how many of you have heard of "Furs Cafeteria" not sure of spelling.I know people in Oklahoma know it. They always had the most delicious home cooked meals, buffet style: meatloaf, steak, chops, ham, chicken, turkey, bbq, fish, any meat, all the sides, potatoes, gravy & veggies, salad bar to die for, homemade rolls, beans, cornbread. Dont even ask about desserts. But, now that I have mentioned desserts, this was their signature pie. This is the closest recipe I have found to the original. If anyone has an original recipe, I beg , pass it on.
