fudgy candy crunch pie

I originally got this recipe from Bakers' candy, but tweaked it a bit. It makes a great holiday pie.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups 1% cold milk
  • 2 packages sugar-free, instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 3 ounces bakers semisweet chocolate, divided
  • 1 - oreo pie crust
  • 8 ounces light cool whip, thawed, divided
  • 2 - chocolate-toffee candy bars, chopped

How To Make fudgy candy crunch pie

  • Step 1
    In lg bowl, beat milk and pudding mixes until thickened. In microwave bowl, microwave 2 oz bakers chocolate. Stir in 1 cup pudding mix into melted chocolate.
  • Step 2
    Pour mix into crust. Add 1/2 the cool whip and all but 3 tbsp candy to remaining pudding mix. Spoon into crust.
  • Step 3
    Top w/ remaining cool whip and sprinkle w/remaining candy. Microwave remaaining chocolate and drizzle over pie.
