How to Make Fudge Sunday Pie
- Mix together in a sauce pan the evaporated milk, chocolate chips, salt and the marshmallows. Stir over medium heat until mixture thickens. Cool to room temperature.
- Spoon 1/2 of the 1 qt. of the ice cream into the pie shell. Cover with 1/2 of the chocolate mixture.
- Add rest of ice cream and the rest of the chocolate mixture. Freeze until firm.
