fruit pizza
A family favorite and always a huge hit.
Blue Ribbon Recipe
This fruit pizza is a delicious summer dessert. It's light and refreshing. The cookie "crust" is sweet and buttery and just melts in your mouth. The cream cheese "sauce" is creamy, tangy, and a tad sweet. You could even add a little bit of lemon juice to the cream cheese mixture for an added punch of flavor. Once decorated, all the colorful fruit makes for a beautiful presentation. Serve this with brunch or for dessert. It's delish!
