·9 inch plain pastry for 2 crust pie

3/4 csugar

2 1/2 Tbspquick cooking tapioca

1/4 tspcinnamon

1/4 tspnutmeg

2 cdiced peaches
-
2 cdiced pears
-
1 cseedless green grapes
-
1 Tbspchopped maraschino cherries

1 Tbsplemon juice
-
1 Tbspbutter or margarine

How to Make Fruit Cocktail Pie
- Line 9-inch pie plate with half of pastry.
Mix sugar, tapioca, spices, and dash salt. Add fruits and lemon juice; mix lightly. - Turn into pie plate. Dot with butter.
Adjust top crust, cutting slits for escape of steam; seal. - Brush, top with milk: sprinkle with sugar.
Bake at 400F degrees about 30 minutes..
Serve slightly warm.
