Ingredients

1 cup granulated sugar
4 tablespoons cornstarch
3 tablespoons strawberry gelatin powder mix
1 cup warm water
1 teaspoon red food coloring
1 quart fresh strawberries
1 - pie shell, baked

How To Make fresh strawberry pie

Step 1

Mix sugar, cornstarch, jello, water and food coloring all together. Cook on low heat until mixture gets very thick; set aside to cool.

Step 2

When sugar mixture is completely cooled, Add strawberries to mixture until all the berries are coated.
Step 3

Pour into baked pie shell. Chill well before serving.
